All in Bloom
Ho-hum. The results are in from Tourism Victoria's flower count: 2,437,696,512. That's a quarter of what citizens noted in 2002. So either nature is faltering here, or citizenship. Or maybe it's because the economy's hot, and people don't have time to count their blossoms. In any event, it's an excuse to mention that a street-by-street list of all of the city's flowering plum and cherry trees, currently in gorgeous bloom, can be found here.
